Terms of Use
Last updated:
By using FromYT.net you agree to the following terms. Please read them; they are short.
What the service does
FromYT.net lets you save a copy of a publicly available YouTube Short, or the audio from one, to your own device. It is provided free of charge, as is, with no guarantee that any particular video can be downloaded or that the service is available at any given time.
Your responsibilities
You may only download content you have the right to save: your own videos, content whose creator has allowed downloading, or content you are permitted to use under applicable law, for example for personal, non-commercial use where your jurisdiction allows it.
You are responsible for complying with YouTube’s Terms of Service and with copyright law. Do not use this site to redistribute, sell or claim ownership of other people’s work.
Do not attempt to overload, probe or interfere with the service. Automated bulk downloading is not permitted.
Content and takedowns
FromYT.net does not host YouTube videos. Files are created on request from publicly accessible streams, cached briefly and deleted automatically.
If you are a rights holder and believe the service is being used to infringe your work, contact us with the link concerned and we will respond promptly.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FromYT.net is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the service or the files it produces. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page says when they were last updated; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
FromYT.net is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. Download only content you have the right to save.
